CSR Procurement Policy
We will fulfill social responsibilities through business activities and actively promote CSR activities. Through those activities, we will work to solve a variety of issues and aim at sustainable growth in continuing our business activities.
Donations
Arisawa donates, as part of CSR, to areas such as education, sports, and welfare for the purpose of “Contributing to the development of local communities.” We also donate to developing countries through an international NGO, the Plan International Japan, as global activities.

Environmental Activities
Participation in the Aota River Cleanup Activity


We participated in the “Cleanup Activity” to clean up the Aota River. About 500 people from neighborhood associations and businesses along the river, prefectural and municipal officials, local elementary school children, etc. participated in and conducted the cleanup activity.
Cooperation in an Art Class Using Waste at a Local Elementary School




A group of graduate students from the Joetsu University of Education requested us to provide waste, because they were planning art classes for fourth grade elementary school students using waste discharged from local businesses as materials, so we cooperated in it.
Holding the Arisawa Eco Walk Rally


We held a walk rally while picking up litter. 231 of our employees participated in it and collected 53 kg of litter.
